The location is prime for exploring nearby trails and attractions, perfect for adventurers looking to get into the wild. The family room layout provides ample space for multiple members, making it easy to unwind after a day out.
Navigating the hotel can be a bit of a challenge with a pram as there are several stairs and no ramps for easy access, which can be frustrating for families. The rooms feel a bit outdated, with broken lighting and required repairs giving a neglected impression. Breakfast options left something to be desired, particularly with dietary restrictions, and there were just basic selections without much variety. the heating in the rooms didn’t work consistently, making for a chilly night at times.

This place was just perfect for a short getaway! The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing after a long hike, and the food was delicious, especially the chicken burger for lunch. The only drawback was that the car park is a tad small, so I’d recommend arriving a bit earlier to grab a spot. 😊

Charming stay with friendly vibes
Had a nice one night here. Our room was comfy and clean, with tea and coffee to enjoy. The staff were super friendly, making check-in a breeze. It was a great base for exploring. Just wish the floorboards weren’t so creaky, a bit distracting at times. Grabbed some decent pub food from the bar too!

The warm welcome from staff and delicious breakfast were highlights of our stay. A clean family room offered comfort, but the damp patches and noisy neighbors diminished the experience. it served as a decent base for exploring nearby attractions.
